So, what makes reality take mean bellies and bottles? Here is what she had to say in his new book:
"I want to tell the truth no-so-glorified on the dirty work to become a MOM. Maybe other women really have pregnancy smiling rocking, you see on the cover of other books on this subject. I know that the history of each pregnancy is unique. But we all deal with a large number of the same issues and strangeness. I hope to share my crazy thoughts and gross moments will give readers of the relief when they have their. Basically, I feel your pain of gas. »
Obviously, we were intrigued, so we checked with Polizzi learn more about pregnancy and how she got into this incredible form after his son Lorenzo was born (his gym selfies are beyond impressive). Check out our interview below, under the direction of the space:
WH: Your book is all about the vagaries of your pregnancy, but what was the most unexpected part of it for you?
NP: probably mood swings. I already knew that I was going to take the weight and to pee myself. I knew all this stuff of my friends tell me, but I did not know I was going to be such a bitch. I was always in a bad mood. Sometimes I wake up and be so happy and Jionni could say a Word and automatically it turn me into the worst person ever. Only, I was not prepared for these mood swings.
WH: Is there advice that you would give women to stay sane?
NP: I wouldn't say the women - I say their husbands or their men, just deal with it. It lasts only nine months, and she'll be psycho until she has the baby.

WH: What you do to stay healthy during and after your pregnancy?
NP: When I was pregnant, until the seventh month, I made sure that I was eating healthy with salads, vegetables and chicken, and then one day a week I splurge and have brownies and ice cream. But then once I hit the eighth mark month I said to myself, I feel like a whale anyway, screw, then I started to eat everything. And that is when I probably gained the most weight.
After that I had Lorenzo I knew I wanted to be healthy and be a MOM in shape and be able to carry him to the top of the stairs without dying. So I started going to the gym after six weeks after birth, and it probably took me five to six months to see all the results. I was going with a coach and I'm like, ' dude, I won't lose weight, nothing happens. ". I am working my butt and I don't see any results. "And then when I said that, all of a sudden I just started losing weight and she just throw off all night.
So it will take some time to see the results. You are losing weight but also gain muscle. If you stay in the same weight, but once you have the muscle, then drops of grease off the coast and that when you see the great results. That will take some time, so I can see how people get discouraged after having a baby when they go to the gym and say I don't see any results, and then they stop. We must continue to go.
WH: You are amazing shaped now - what is your fitness these days as this routine?
NP: I do lots of bodybuilding, lots of fast running, few km, but at a speed for a mile or two so I lose all my muscles. I like weight training with my trainer. It makes me do a lot of heavy stuff now because I told him I want a lot of muscle, so it kills me immediately.

WH: Any specific exercises that you dread?
NP: I really hate leg day. It is a love-hate relationship, because my legs are on fire – it feels like a knife going through my muscle, this is how much it hurts, but the final results are great, because my legs look great.
WH: How have you and Jionni adapted to life as parents?
NP: we certainly hit a rough patch when Lorenzo was born because you are both parents and you want to do it your way, but he wants to make his way. And it's like, ' can you just go away so I can have my time with my son? '' But then he wants his time with his son and you get jealous because you want him. So we had sort of a fight during which Lorenzo and change his diaper, and now we must beg each other to do it because it's been a year.
There will be quarrels at the beginning because you want to make your way and he wants to make his way, but I want as a relationship without any doubt, we grew up and we fight stupid things more. We are certainly much happier.
WH: Is there anything else that you think that women need to know about pregnancy?
NP: I want just for women to know that, even if it is a nice experience - you are pregnant, you have a baby - it is more uncomfortable experience that you will ever and the most frightening that you experience will never have. But going through all this and then holding your baby after nine months and seeing it grow as I am, it's totally worth. I can't wait to have another baby. I can't wait to pee myself and be uncomfortable for a further period of nine months. I am pleased to have more children.
